Writing doesn’t need to be hard. But there should be a standard that comes from clear thoughts and good practice.

When I become too self-conscious of my thoughts, I need to ask myself: who exactly are these thoughts for, and who am I trying to impress?

When I try to impress someone, I don’t do so well. When I remove appeasement from the process, then I become more authentic.

Writing does not need to be so hard. It just needs to be authentic. And if it’s done well, then the writing is successful.
